Du är navet i huset som ser till att varje besökare – oavsett om det är en konferensgäst, en trogen stammis eller en spabesökare – får en magisk upplevelse som gör att de vill komma tillbaka om och om igen. Om rollen Som receptionist arbetar du i den dagliga driften i receptionen och lobbyn. Du skapar en välkomnande, professionell och sprudlande atmosfär samt har ett tätt samarbete med alla avdelningar i huset för att hålla driften i absolut toppklass. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter: • Gästupplevelse i fokus: In- och utcheckning, hantering av bokningar och telefonväxel samt att ge personlig service med äkta engagemang och omtanke. • Konferens & Event: Välkomna konferensledare och grupper med välkomstmapp och stämma av arrangemang när konferensvärdinnan inte är på plats. • Merförsäljning & Kampanjer: Ha full koll på våra paket, priser och erbjudanden, ha modet att aktivt driva merförsäljning. • Kommunikation & Säkerhet: Hålla dig dagligen uppdaterad om allt som händer i huset, hantera eventuella händelser direkt på plats med fingertoppskänsla och följa våra strikta säkerhetsrutiner. • Miljö & Atmosfär: Säkerställa att receptionen, lobbybaren, back-office och förråd alltid är krispiga, städade och ordningsamma. Vem är du? För att trivas och glänsa hos oss är du en utåtriktad, ansvarsfull och energifylld person som älskar mötet med människor. Du visar mod genom att ta egna initiativ och våga göra det lilla extra för gästen, du har ett starkt engagemang för ditt team och du möter både gäster och kollegor med stor omtänksamhet . Du är en sann lagspelare som stolt lever efter vår kultur. Vi söker dig som har: • Minst treårig gymnasieutbildning. • Gärna erfarenhet från arbete i hotellreception. • Goda IT-kunskaper och lätt för att ta till dig nya system. • Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift (ytterligare språk är en fin merit).
