Be as proud to belong to Paje Blue Beach Resort as we are going to open this new Hotel Resort, We are delighted to welcome the applications for the F&B Purchasing Manager position who will be responsible for the Hotel operations in the hotel bars and restaurants,Purchasing goods for the Hotel, Directly coordinates and supervises the implementation of the beverage and service standards defined by Hotel Services in their hotel. Responsible for the operation of bars and restaurants of the hotel • • Ensures compliance with F&B budget guidelines. • Be aware of deviations, participate in the definition of corrective actions and promote the implementation of corrective actions within their department • Ensure compliance with the economic objectives of his department and is knowledgeable about the economic objectives. • Analyses hotel needs and requests F&B investments for the Annual Investment Plan • Carry out the available training that applies to the improvement of their job. What are we looking for? • University degree, preferably Procurement or Hospitality,Tourism or similar. • At least 1-5 years in management positions and F&B strategy development. Advanced English, .
