Hotel Manager (f/m/d) MEININGER Milano Lambrate Full-time Are you a people person who wants to create and share memorable experiences with our guests? YOUR TASKS • Are responsible for   all operational tasks in the hotel, including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, budget planning etc. • Ensure our guests experience the best service through   optimal   staff scheduling • Work closely with different departments in our Berlin HQ such as HR, Finance, Revenue Management etc. • Lead directly   a team of Assistant Managers and several   shift   leads in addition to a team of receptionists, service employees • Secure a safe and inclusive environment for colleagues and guests with a keen eye for individual needs and desires • Set long- and mid-term goals for your team and live to motivate them by being approachable, giving continuous feedback and discuss personal development- and job opportunities • Ensure all health, hygiene and safety regulations in the hotel are   respected at all times YOUR PROFILE • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality • Work experience in Italy is a plus • Inspirational leadership and have joy in leading a diverse, motivated team • A solution-driven mentality, showing strong commitment and an entrepreneurial way of thinking • Understanding of KPIs, budgeting, and operational performance • Profound knowledge of MS Office and front office systems (e.g.   Sihot , Fidelio) • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment • Excellent communication skills in Italian & English, any   additional   language is a plus • A desire to travel occasionally WHAT MEININGER OFFERS • Competitive salary • Company pension scheme • 20 days of vacation • 2 days off for volunteering at your   favorite   NGOs • Extra vacation days for every year with MEININGER, company jubilees • Company mobile phone and laptop • Staff nights and "friends & family" discounts in all MEININGER hotels • Employee events and team activities: M-Days,   winter   parties, team-building events • Growth and development opportunities as part of an internationally expanding organization • Open Up : Access 1:1   sessions   with certified psychologists for MEININGER employees and their families • Online language courses APPLICATION We are enthusiastic hosts as diverse as our guests.
