What You ll Do
• Conduct newborn nursery examinations and perform circumcisions
• Collaborate with Pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospital staff
• Participate in pediatric resident and medical student education
• Engage in patient-centered care within a 58-bed Level 3 NICU with 24/7 neonatology coverage
• Use pediatric subspecialty support, including surgery when needed
• No participation in delivery attendance required
• Leverage lactation specialist support available 365 days/year
• Uphold high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety
What You Need
• Active MD or DO license in Nevada or eligible for licensure
• Completion of pediatric residency and neonatal training
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior neonatal or pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
