Quick Facts • Location: Reno, NV (1155 Mill Street) • Start Date: 04/28/2026 • Duration: Permanent • Shift: Flexible, based on hospital needs • Hours per week: Full-time • Employment Type: Permanent • License/Certs: Active MD/DO license in Nevada or eligible • Experience: Prior pediatric hospitalist experience preferred • Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (note: pay details provided; actual salary discussed upon interview) Pay & Benefits • Compensation: Base salary between $190,000 $230,000 (discussed during interview) • Benefits Include: • Medical, dental, and vision coverage • Life and disability insurance • Paid sick time per applicable laws • 401(k) retirement plan • Employee Stock Purchase Program • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available • Comprehensive support for health, well-being, and work-life balance What You ll Do • Conduct newborn nursery examinations and perform circumcisions • Collaborate with Pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospital staff • Participate in pediatric resident and medical student education • Engage in patient-centered care within a 58-bed Level 3 NICU with 24/7 neonatology coverage • Use pediatric subspecialty support, including surgery when needed • No participation in delivery attendance required • Leverage lactation specialist support available 365 days/year • Uphold high standards of clinical excellence and patient safety What You Need • Active MD or DO license in Nevada or eligible for licensure • Completion of pediatric residency and neonatal training • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Prior neonatal or pediatric hospitalist experience preferred About the Assignment This position is at a well-respected facility in Reno, NV, dedicated to providing exceptional newborn care.
