Quick Facts: • Location: Houston, TX (6565 Fannin Street) • Start Date: 12/31/2025 • End Date/Duration: Based on assignment needs • Shift: Variable; details discussed upon application • Hours/week: To be determined • Employment Type: Locum/Temporary • License/Certs: Active Medical License in Texas; Board Certified/Eligible in OB • Experience: Prior OB hospitalist experience preferred Pay & Benefits: • Pay rate: $195.00 per hour • Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit • Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) • Robust referral bonus program • Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws • Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do: • Provide obstetric care to inpatient hospital patients • Collaborate with hospital staff and specialists to ensure optimal patient outcomes • Manage labor and delivery processes, including emergencies • Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records • Participate in hospital quality and safety initiatives • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations What You Need: • Active and unrestricted medical license in Texas • Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) • Prior experience in OB hospitalist or related roles preferred • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations About the Assignment: This assignment involves providing obstetric care at a prominent hospital in Houston, TX, ensuring high-quality outcomes for diverse patient populations.
