Position, Compensation & Benefits:
All-CRNA model – full autonomy, no supervision required
Collegial 9-member CRNA team with long-tenured professionals
Supportive leadership and strong anesthesia culture
Diverse cases: general, ortho, OB/GYN, ENT, and endoscopy
Perform blocks, epidurals, and central lines
Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM schedule
Light call rotation: 1:10 (approx. 29 nights + 5–6 weekends/year) with post-call day off
On-call apartment provided + free meals and drinks
Compensation: $385K + 5% quality bonus + incentives = $400K+ potential
$50K sign-on bonus, $4,500 CME, all dues/licenses paid, and relocation allowance
12 weeks of PTO for rest, travel, or CME
