Core Responsibilities:This job requires the ability to work evening and overnight hours due to customer requirements. Lead and supervise hood cleaning crews to ensure quality work and safe jobsite practices. Set up and take down cleaning equipment, including ladders, plastic sheeting, chemical solutions, vacuums, and high-pressure hoses. Scrape grease buildup from exhaust hoods, fans, and ducts. Use pressure-washing equipment to thoroughly clean kitchen exhaust systems. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with industry safety standards and fire prevention regulations. Train and mentor technicians on proper cleaning procedures and company policies. Conduct final quality inspections and ensure customer satisfaction. Take before-and-after digital photos of completed work for documentation. Report safety concerns, equipment issues, or customer concerns to management. Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles, tools, and equipment.
