We are currently looking for Job title , the details Job responsibilities as below: 👤 Who You Are: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Homologation & Certification Manager to lead vehicle type approvals, regulatory compliance, vehicle registration procedures, and EPR compliance for the French and European markets. In this strategic role, you will act as the key regulatory bridge between Global HQ, European technical entities, certification agencies, and French authorities—ensuring all GAC vehicles meet local and European statutory requirements for a seamless market entry. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Vehicle Homologation & Approvals: Lead and manage end-to-end vehicle type approvals, European Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA), Certificate of Conformity (COC), and National Approval (CNIT) processes for the French market. Registration & Statutory Compliance: Oversee national vehicle registration requirements, technical documentation, and administrative procedures with French transport authorities and technical services. EPR Compliance Management: Ensure full compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations in France, including end-of-life vehicles (ELV), traction batteries, tires, and packaging waste management. Authority & HQ Coordination: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for French regulatory bodies, testing agencies, and certification authorities, coordinating technical data alignment with Global R&D and HQ engineering teams. Regulatory Monitoring: Track and interpret evolving French and EU automotive regulations, safety standards, environmental mandates, and cybersecurity requirements, advising internal teams on necessary product adaptations. 💼 What You Bring: Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in automotive vehicle homologation, type approval, or technical regulatory affairs. Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of European WVTA, COC issuance, CNIT registration codes, French vehicle registration systems (SIV), and French/EU EPR environmental directives. Industry Background: Proven track record with an Automotive OEM, National Sales Company, Technical Service (e.g., UTAC, TÜV), or major Automotive Importer. Languages: Native or Business Fluent French (essential for authority relations and local compliance) and Fluent English (working/reporting language with HQ).
