WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT • SIGN ON BONUS AVAILABLE- (Ask your Talent Acquisition Advisor if you are eligible for Sign-On Bonus) • Complete appropriate goal re-assessment and discharge planning. • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, treatment, and related follow-up services, including discharge planning. • Document patient assessments and pertinent information in a timely manner. • Provide services and treatments requiring physical therapy skills, according to the written plan of care and the signed plan of treatment. • Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Home Health Aides. • Train and educate patients and family members or others support, and document understanding of treatment plan and goals.
