The Benefits Reporting and Implementation Coordinator provides critical operational support to the Benefit Analyst team by completing detailed reporting, client deliverables, and employee benefits implementation activities. This role is responsible for preparing accurate reports and presentation materials used by Account Executives during client meetings, as well as completing carrier implementation paperwork following each client's annual benefit renewal. Success in this position requires exceptional attention to detail, the ability to follow established processes, strong technology skills, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate enjoys working with structured tasks, values accuracy, and is comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining a high level of quality. After completing training, this individual should be able to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance from their manager.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Prepare reports and client deliverables for the Benefit Analyst and Account Executive teams.
• Gather, organize, and transfer data accurately between internal systems, carrier portals, spreadsheets, and forms.
• Complete employee benefits carrier implementation paperwork following client renewal decisions.
• Enter, validate , and maintain benefit information within carrier online portals and carrier-specific PDF forms.
• Review work carefully to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with documented procedures.
• Follow established workflows, implementation checklists, and documented processes to ensure consistency.
• Prioritize assignments to meet multiple client deadlines.
• Communicate implementation status and escalate questions or discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic files and implementation documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance documentation and processes.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a technology/systems role in the health insurance industry.
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.
• Technical Skills :
• Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to consistently follow documented processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently after training.
• Comfortable performing detailed, process-driven work with a high level of consistency.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent data entry and data validation skills.
• Strong technology proficiency , including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat/PDF forms, and the ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple software applications, carrier websites, and online portals.
• Comfortable working within multiple systems throughout the day and accurately transferring information between them.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills .
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, missing information, or errors before work is submitted .
• Experience in employee benefits administration, insurance, healthcare, or another detail-oriented administrative environment. (Preferred)
• Experience completing insurance carrier implementation or enrollment paperwork. (Preferred)
• Experience working within multiple online platforms and web-based applications. (Preferred)
• Familiarity with employee benefits terminology is preferred but can be learned through training. (Preferred)
• Experience with Employee Navigator software. (Preferred)

• Salary Range: PHP 47,000 - 50,000
