• Holy City Institute Programs: Summer Experience / Apprenticeship / Residency Holy City Institute exists to raise up the next generation of ministry leaders trained to be disciples who make disciples and lead others in doing the same. The Institute program focuses on developing the whole person as a leader through teaching principles, mindset, practices, and skills necessary for effective leadership in ministry. Apprentices also meet personally with a discipleship mentor. Apprenticeship Job Description Apprentices at Holy City Church will work an average of 40 hours a week broken down this way: • Staff Meetings and Staff Trainings- 4-6 hours a week • Apprenticeship Training and Assignments - 4 hours a week • Character and Personal Development- 2-4 hours a week • Job Responsibilities: 16 hours a week • Sunday Service Responsibilities- 6-8 hours a week • Administrative tasks and Support Raising- 2-4 hours a week
