Description
Seasonal Position in Greece Most people say they want to work abroad. Until they realise what that usually means. Searching for a room in a country you don’t know. Paying deposits before you even start earning. Figuring out meals, transport, paperwork. Arriving somewhere and hoping someone explains what to do. This is not that kind of job. This is a seasonal position in Greece. You arrive, your accommodation is already arranged, your meals are covered, your contract is ready, and there is a team waiting for you. You live and work directly in the resort — no daily commute, no housing stress, no hidden costs. Your role? You coordinate daily holiday activities for guests. That means you help organise sports sessions, light competitions, beach or pool games, small events and evening programs. You are visible. You speak to people. You motivate. You guide. You create structure in the fun. This is not a “party job”. It’s structured, professional and comes with responsibility. That said — working in Greece, in the sun, surrounded by people your age… it would be unrealistic to pretend it’s not also a summer you’ll enjoy. You will work 5–6 days per week. You will live on-site. You will be part of an international team. You will represent the activity program of the hotel. If you are ready to relocate to Greece for a structured seasonal role and want something more dynamic than a standard hospitality job, this might be your starting point. Apply and join the activities team in Greece.
