Hiring OTR Dedicated Team Drivers We’re looking for Over-The Road Professional Team Drivers. You would work a dedicated route that would have you working with the same customers week after week that look forward to seeing you and working with you. Our drivers spend less time waiting at docks because our customers work with us to expedite the pickup and delivery process. We are looking for professional drivers that want a career (not just a job!) We value our drivers and have a great support staff that understands the importance of the job our drivers do! Details: Run a 5 out of 6 weeks rotation schedule You will run a Route 5 weeks in a row and on the 6 th week, you will be off and will be paid for your off week! Follow manifest to determine stops on a trip (your route) Communicate with Operations (for trip issues/questions), Safety Manager (logs, driver time off, etc.), and Maintenance for tractor/trailer repair issues. We have many team members ready to assist you any time, day or night to ensure you can meet your trip/customer requirements. Requirements: 2 years CDL-A experience 5+ years preferred Class A CDL Required NO Owner Operators Team positions only (can be solo, but MUST be interested in teaming with a current or new NEMA employee).
