Builds and maintains automated HIL frameworks, dashboards, and CI so component-, module-, and firmware-level validation on the HILs is fast, reliable, and continuous during the V6 push.  Key responsibilities Develop and maintain the HIL test environment combining physical hardware (ECUs, sensors, motor controllers) with simulated dynamics for stress and fault-injection testing. Build and maintain automated test frameworks, reporting, dashboards, and the AI analyzer; keep CI jobs on the HILs green. Expand the 30+ module self-tests and improve the associated data pipeline; own regression and smoke test coverage. Integrate high-speed DAQ and bus tracing (CAN, I2C, Ethernet) for deep hardware and firmware diagnostics. Partner with robot SW and Nimble Health to improve the simulation models used on the HILs. Lead physical pick/pack testing: evaluate and optimize SKU pickability, grip reliability, and placement accuracy Qualifications BS or MS in Electrical, Computer, or Robotics Engineering. 1-3+ years validating embedded systems, control software, or robotics firmware; HIL experience strongly preferred.
