Description
We are seeking a qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a supportive SEN school in Oldbury on a full-time, long-term basis from September. The successful candidate will deliver lessons and support teaching across KS3–KS5, working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD). Applicants must hold HLTA status and have a minimum of six months' UK experience working as a HLTA in a school setting. You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide an inclusive learning environment, promote positive behaviour, and help pupils achieve their full potential.
