As an HGV Class 1 Day Driver – Temp to Perm Opportunity based in Rotherham, you will join a leading transport company through Pertemps Sheffield. This full-time role offers day shifts beginning as early as 5:00am, typically lasting around 10 hours depending on routes. You will deliver goods to various customer sites, including MOD locations, requiring you to strap and secure loads before each journey. Some manual handling is involved, alongside completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork. Night outs are likely, attracting a £25.00 allowance. Paid at £16.00 per hour, this position provides ongoing work with the prospect of a permanent contract for suitable candidates. This is an excellent opportunity offering ongoing work , with the potential to become permanent for the right driver .
