Position, Compensation & Organization • Community-based Hematology/Oncology practice with full-spectrum care • Competitive compensation ranging from $627,909 to $702,044 based on experience • Outpatient-focused schedule: 4-day work week, 7:30 AM 4:30 PM • No hospital call • Approximately 14 patients per day with 2 4 new consults daily • Well-equipped cancer center with on-site infusion services • LINAC available for radiation therapy with Radiation Oncology on-site weekly • Current single-physician practice with future growth potential • Case mix averages 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology • Management of complex cases including AML and post-transplant patients • Highly experienced NP Director with dedicated nursing and MA support • Internal Medicine cancer center physician focused on follow-up care • Multidisciplinary tumor boards accessible virtually with regional partners • Epic EMR with Abridge AI for in-room note capture • 28 days PTO; Recruitment package starting at $35,000 Live Where Mountains, Community, and Balance Come Together This Wyoming mountain community offers an exceptional quality of life defined by affordability, safety, and outdoor access.
