Location: Birmingham (Hybrid - 2 days office / 3 days home)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Generous Bonus Scheme + Benefits
My client is looking for a Healthcare Solicitor looking to handle high-profile, politically sensitive work. With clear, defined career progression.
The Team and Work
You will be joining a leading group of over 50 specialists, including Legal 500-recognised lawyers, who hold decades-long relationships with major health and social care clients. A key focus of your role will be maintaining and deepening these relationships with senior NHS management while working on some of the most critical and high-profile cases in the sector.
Your caseload will cover a broad, engaging scope of healthcare advisory matters, including:
• Inquests & Article 2 cases
• Court of Protection (CoP)
• Mental Health & Mental Capacity Law
• Public Law & Governance
• Information Law
