Role Overview Healthcare Administrative Professionals apply clinical administrative experience to evaluate and develop prompts and to review large language model responses, helping AI systems better understand real-world healthcare tasks and professional language.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop industry-specific prompts and scenarios based on healthcare administrative workflows.
• Evaluate and annotate LLM responses for accuracy, clarity, relevance, and applicability to real-world administrative tasks.
• Provide detailed feedback, corrections, and examples to improve model behavior in clinical administrative contexts.
• Work primarily asynchronously with project teams to complete assigned tasks on schedule.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in one or more of the following roles: Medical Secretaries and Administrative Assistants, Community Health Workers.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare administrative processes, documentation, patient communication, or community health coordination.
• Comfort participating in primarily asynchronous work in partnership with leading AI research teams.
Work Terms
• Location: Remote, work from wherever you are.
• Employment type: Part-time.
• Schedule: Asynchronous, flexible hours with no minimum hourly commitment required.
• Work is performed independently and remotely, and placement onto specific projects depends on project availability.
Compensation Up to $75/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility
• F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible to participate in projects. Work with your Designated School Official to determine eligibility for CPT or OPT in your specific situation.
• If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not satisfy that requirement.
• STEM OPT is not supported.

Project Availability The program runs year-round and new project opportunities open periodically across different areas of expertise. Placement into a project is dependent on current project availability.
