Key Responsibilities Lead technical or specialist workstreams within consulting engagements Deliver operational risk management, safety, and performance improvement initiatives Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions with clients Analyse operational risks, systems, and improvement opportunities across industrial environments Support the design and implementation of practical and sustainable improvement solutions Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams Contribute to capability development, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across dss+ Support proposal development and client engagement activities across the region   Your Impact at dss+ You will contribute to consulting engagements, supporting the delivery of transformation programmes across operational risk management. Working closely with project teams and clients, you will play a key role in analysing challenges, structuring solutions, and supporting implementation to deliver measurable impact. Key Accountabilities Support the delivery of consulting engagements across Power & Utilities projects Work on business assessments and implementation programmes, contributing to high-quality delivery Build trusted relationships with clients, supporting senior stakeholders and account teams Participate in problem identification, analysis, and development of practical solutions Support the structuring of frameworks, methodologies, and recommendations Contribute to risk management discussions, helping identify and assess operational risks Collaborate with cross-functional and multicultural teams across projects Stay up to date with new technologies, analytical tools, and industry trends Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery methodologies and approaches What You’ll Experience at dss+ Deliver on our Purpose Be part of a values-led organisation where your work helps save lives, improve performance, and advance sustainability for our clients and their people.
