Key Responsibilities Lead technical or specialist workstreams within consulting engagements Deliver operational risk management, safety, and performance improvement initiatives Facilitate workshops, assessments, and stakeholder discussions with clients Analyse operational risks, systems, and improvement opportunities across industrial environments Support the design and implementation of practical and sustainable improvement solutions Mentor and support junior consultants and project teams Contribute to capability development, methodologies, and knowledge sharing across dss+ Support proposal development and client engagement activities across the region Your Impact at dss+ You will contribute to consulting engagements, supporting the delivery of transformation programmes across operational risk management. Working closely with project teams and clients, you will play a key role in analysing challenges, structuring solutions, and supporting implementation to deliver measurable impact.
