Health & Safety Advisor Mission-Critical Roofing, Cladding & Façade Projects Location: Vaasa & Helsinki, Finland Working Arrangement: Rotation-Based Role Overview Due to continued growth, we are seeking two Health & Safety Advisors to join our expanding European operations team in Finland. The successful candidate will support the delivery of roofing, cladding and façade packages on major mission-critical construction projects. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients and subcontractors, you will play a key role in ensuring all works are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with Crown's industry-leading standards. Key Responsibilities Promote and drive a positive health and safety culture across all project teams. Ensure compliance with local legislation, client requirements and Crown's Health &Safety Management System. Carry out regular site inspections, audits and safety observations, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions where required. Prepare and review Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS). Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings. Support project teams in planning works safely and identifying potential hazards before work commences. Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project-specific health and safety requirements. Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, producing reports and implementing corrective actions. Maintain accurate health and safety documentation and reporting. Liaise with clients, consultants and other stakeholders on all health and safety matters. Support internal and external audits and contribute to the continuous improvement of Crown's health and safety standards. Provide practical advice and guidance to project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
