The Job We’re currently looking to recruit a claims associate to join our team. If you’re interested in insurance, customer care and medical issues, this would be ideal for you. The job entails assessing and settling claims directly with clients or service providers in line with the company’s customer service standards. Full on the job training will be provided. About You You must be outgoing and have a positive attitude, an eye for detail and an ability to relate well to people. Excellent communication and listening skills are important and you need to be one who finds teamwork energizing, who is able to work under pressure and has an interest in medical issues. Job Requirements • An advanced level of education and a minimum of an ordinary level in biology • Experience in an insurance setting or a health/customer care related discipline • IT proficiency • Fluency in written and spoken English and Maltese • The ability to establish good relationships with all types of clients and intermediaries.
