Location: W12, Hammersmith Rates: £12.50 - £16 Client Overview & requirements: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate carer to provide care for a 25-year-old male client with complex needs. The client functions at an early childhood developmental level and requires consistent, calm, and structured support. He experiences severe seizures and may present with challenging behaviour, so applicants must be confident, patient, and experienced in managing complex behaviours in a supportive and safe manner. The client currently resides within a day centre setting, where continuity of care and a reassuring presence during the night are essential. Shift Details • Monday and Tuesday night shifts • 12-hour shifts per night Essential Experience • SEN (Special Educational Needs) experience • Proven experience in seizure management • Ability to manage challenging behaviour using positive and proactive approaches This position would suit someone who is empathetic, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
