Job details  As a Health & Safety Advisor, you'll provide professional health and safety support across a diverse portfolio of client sites. You'll work collaboratively with businesses to ensure compliance with Irish legislation, promote a positive safety culture and deliver practical, commercial health and safety solutions. What will you do Provide competent health and safety advice to clients across multiple sectors. Carry out workplace inspections, audits and risk assessments. Produce and review RAMS, policies and safety documentation. Support clients in achieving and maintaining legislative compliance. Deliver toolbox talks, inductions and safety training where required. Investigate incidents and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence. Build strong client relationships through regular site visits and ongoing support. Keep up to date with Irish health and safety legislation and industry best practice Who you are Previous experience in a Health & Safety Advisor or Consultant position. A recognised Health & Safety qualification. Strong knowledge of Irish health and safety legislation. Experience carrying out audits, inspections and risk assessments. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong report writing and administrative abilities. A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach. A full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel to client sites.
