Job Description • Technical Leadership • Lead the Structures discipline across India and GDC for B+C. • Provide technical direction on complex structural engineering assignments. • Establish engineering best practices and design standards. • Ensure technical excellence across all structural deliverables. • Ensure the on-time delivery, quality compliance, budget adherence and client satisfaction • Business Development Partner with business to: • Support proposals and bids. • Prepare technical methodologies. • Develop fee estimates. • Participate in client presentations. • Support key pursuits. • Build client confidence through technical leadership. • Identify new business opportunities within Buildings & Cities. • Resource Management • Develop resource plans aligned with business forecasts. • Manage utilization across India and GDC. • Participate in hiring senior technical resources. • Optimize project staffing. • Financial Management • Support financial performance through: • Resource optimization • Margin improvement • Fee estimation • Cost control • Productivity improvement • Forecasting • Contribute towards achieving business profitability targets. • Stakeholder Management • People Management Enhance the existing team further to deliver domestic core structure design projects.
