We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head, Project Management & Investments to lead the Bank's real estate and affordable housing development agenda. The role is responsible for managing, advancing, designing, implementing, and providing technical support for the Bank's housing and real estate development strategy, while driving initiatives that facilitate long-term funding for the mortgage portfolio and mitigate liquidity risk. The successful candidate will develop innovative investment and funding models, secure sustainable funding lines for the mortgage book, and lead strategic capital raising initiatives. In addition, the role provides leadership to the fundraising, project management, valuation, and technical support functions, ensuring successful delivery of housing and real estate projects while positioning the Bank as a leading player in Kenya's housing and real estate ecosystem.
