Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage our local workshop staff. Oversee daily operations and ensure quality standards. Coordinate workshop activities and collaborate with other departments. Implement process improvements and ensure safety protocols and control the same Manage inventory and resources. Report to Managing Director. Qualifications: Professional English speaker. Proven leadership experience in workshop or operations management. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the travel/tourism industry is a plus.
