POSITION PURPOSE This role   is responsible for   designing,   coordinating   and driving the build-out of the UK   S olutions offering, with a particular focus on developing a three-tier MPS proposition over time. The role will lead cross-functional workstreams, align internal stakeholders and support the sales teams in taking   new solutions   to market across the UK & Ireland. Principal Responsibilities • Lead the strategic development and delivery of the UK solutions platform, including the three-tier MPS proposition over time (design, positioning,   governance   and rollout). • Own and coordinate internal workstreams (Product, Operations, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Technology, Multi-Asset Solutions, UK Distribution) to define requirements, build processes and secure approvals. • Develop and   maintain   a structured business plan for solutions growth, including commercial targets, pipeline   tracking   and progress reporting to senior management. • Build and document scalable operational and administrative frameworks (on-boarding, reporting, platform/ACD relationships, data flows, BAU processes and oversight). • Act as   central point   of contact for UK & Ireland client-facing teams on the solutions offering, supporting them with training, materials, client   planning   and complex opportunity management. • Lead / co-lead client and prospect meetings where solutions and MPS are the primary focus, clearly articulating the proposition, implementation   steps   and ongoing service model. • Partner with Marketing to develop targeted collateral and digital content to support the solutions strategy. • Maintain strong understanding of UK intermediary/regulatory developments relevant to solutions and MPS and translate these into practical implications for TRP’s business and clients. • Develop and   maintain   a strong level of internal stakeholder management,   including frequent in-person engagement, cross-functional coordination, and relationship management with key stakeholders based in London. CORE COMPETENCIES • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to convert ideas into structured plans,   milestones   and deliverables. • Proven ability to navigate and influence across a complex, global organisation, building effective relationships with senior stakeholders. • Highly organised and execution-focused; able to manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams to tight timelines. • Clear and concise communicator, comfortable operating with senior management and external clients. • Commercially minded, with good grasp of profitability, pricing   levers   and product positioning. • Collaborative approach, with a strong bias towards transparency,   accountability   and follow-through. PERSONAL ATTRI BUTES / SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS Required: • Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in investment management in a product, solutions, business   development   or project-delivery role. • Demonstrable   track record   of leading cross-functional initiatives from design through to implementation. • Deep understanding of UK intermediary and/or wealth markets, including experience with model portfolios, MPS or multi-asset solutions. • Strong knowledge of investment management industry infrastructure (platforms, ACDs, operations, reporting and governance). • Excellent project management skills; able to structure work, set priorities and drive outcomes without close supervision. • Strong presentation skills with experience in both internal senior forums and client/prospect settings. • Ability   to work   primarily from the London office to build internal networks, progress approvals and   maintain   close contact with key stakeholders.   [In the medium term, the ability to travel across the UK on a weekly basis will also be   required .] This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day a week from home.
