The Engineering Security Manager is essential to Qualtrics' operations, tasked with protecting our products and infrastructure from increasing security risks. This person will maintain company-wide security standards, leading a skilled team of security engineers and collaborating across product units to address security challenges. The impact of their role is broad - they will help protect customer data, uphold the company's reputation, and ensure ongoing secure service delivery. How You’ll Find Success Proactive Leadership: Take the initiative, understanding the expected outcome, getting the necessary context, and working entrepreneurially to achieve the set goals in security engineering.
