Our client, a school situated in Ibadan, Oyo State, is in need of a head of school to manage its nursery and primary section The head of school will report to the executive head teacher. They will: support the executive head teacher to set and review the school’s priorities and Objectives, leading activity to ensure these are delivered. demonstrate exemplary leadership; develop, motivate and deploy teaching and non-teaching staff to secure the best possible use of available talent; determine and drive appropriate standards and targets to deliver improvement; and Create an accountable, safe and positive learning environment in which diversity and co-operation are celebrated. Bsc. in Educational Management or administration or any related field. Educational certification or Msc. in any related field, will be an added advantage Minimum of 5 years cognate experience Must be Computer literate Fluency in written and spoken English The candidate must be between 45 - 50 years.
