Head of Sales, Nordic – based in Denmark Sales oriented and analytically strong leader – with a deep understanding of the construction-/building material industry Do you want to lead sales in a company that’s shaping the future of the construction industry? You will be responsible for the development and growth of H+H’s commercial activities in Denmark, with additional responsibility for our smaller, growing markets in Sweden and Finland – both on an operational and strategic level. You’ll own the regional sales plan, develop the markets, and lead a high-performing team, with a clear focus on performance, customer relationships, and growth in a demanding market that offers real opportunity to make your mark. Key Responsibilities • Revenue Ownership : Full ownership of revenue and sales targets across Denmark, Sweden and Finland. • Team Leadership : Leading, building and developing a high-performing organisation across the Nordic markets. This includes recruit, train, motivate and coach, drive proactive, cooperative ways of working across Sales, Calculation, Technical support etc. • Lead & develop the team Recruit, train, motivate and coach to high performance; drive proactive, cooperative ways of working. • Key Account Management : Strengthening relationships with key customers: developers, architects, and general contractors. • Market Development/Customer Excellence : Build and grow H+H’s position in Sweden and Finland while continuing to strengthen the core Danish market; monitoring trends and competitors across the region. • Pricing & Commercial Models : Developing pricing strategies and commercial models tailored to each market. • Cross-border Collaboration : Close collaboration with the delivering plant in northern Germany. • Internal Networking : Active networking across H+H International, with particular ties to the leadership team in Region Central Western Europe. • Digital Sales : Active use of digital sales tools and data-driven decision making. Your Profile • Experience : B2B sales experience at senior level, ideally in the construction or building materials industry, with exposure to Nordic markets. • Leadership : Proven leadership experience with accountability for sales results across multiple markets. • Communication : Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships across cultures. • Languages : Fluency in Danish and English • Personal skills : Driven, curious, emphatic, result oriented and analytical • Digital Mindset : Familiarity with CRM systems and data-driven sales approaches. • AI & Innovation : Openness to digitalization and AI-supported ways of working.
