The Role We are seeking a senior, results-driven sales leader to drive growth across Automation and Products & Equipment (P&E). You will lead a team of 10+, own the full sales lifecycle, and deliver large, complex projects while building a strong, sustainable pipeline aligned to regional strategy. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team • Deliver order intake, revenue and margin targets • Own the bid/no-bid process and full sales lifecycle • Build strategic key accounts and drive new business opportunities • Maintain a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities • Recruit, develop and performance-manage top talent • Ensure strong sales governance, forecasting and reporting Must-Have Requirements • Proven leadership experience in a regional/national sales role (team size 10+) • Intralogistics experience at a similar scale and complexity (current or within the last 5 years) • Demonstrated success in selling complex projects £35m+ (ideally £75m+) within the last 3 years • Strong track record of building, developing and leading high-performing teams • Experience managing the full lifecycle of complex, solution-based sales • Commercially astute with strong focus on revenue, margin and risk management • Highly driven with ambition to progress into future leadership roles Skills, Knowledge & Experience • Degree-level qualification • Strong intralogistics/automation industry experience • Confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels • Strategic and analytical mindset • Ability to deliver results within defined timescales • Strong financial awareness of project performance • Solid understanding of automation technologies and their application across industries • Previous line management experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) • Full UK driving licence required (company car provided)
