An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Head of Quality to lead quality assurance and quality control activities during the fabrication of major offshore oil & gas facilities. The successful candidate will oversee quality management systems, drive contractor compliance, manage inspection activities, and ensure fabrication is delivered in accordance with international quality standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead all site quality activities during fabrication. • Ensure effective implementation of Quality Management Systems. • Manage contractor and subcontractor quality performance. • Coordinate Welding, NDE, QA/QC and inspection activities. • Drive resolution of non-conformances and technical deviations. • Support systems completion through accurate quality documentation. • Lead lessons learned and continuous quality improvement initiatives. • Interface with fabrication, engineering and project management teams. • Monitor quality KPIs and recommend corrective actions. • Promote a strong safety and quality culture across the fabrication yard. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. • Additional certifications in Quality, Welding or NDE are highly desirable. • Minimum 10 years of Quality experience within the Oil & Gas industry. • Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. • Strong experience working with EPC Contractors, Fabrication Yards or Oil & Gas Operators. • Solid understanding of international quality standards and fabrication processes. • Experience managing Welding, NDE and QA/QC activities. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills. • Strong analytical, planning and organizational capabilities. • Fluent in English.
