Description Luxford Living is a technology-forward property management company overseeing a national multifamily portfolio. We're modernizing how apartment communities are managed and maintained, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to own capital projects across our properties. As Head of Projects, you'll lead landscaping, pool, and renovation projects portfolio-wide — from scoping and vendor selection through completion. You know what quality work looks like, what it should cost, and how to hold contractors accountable.
