PeopleCert is looking for a bold, creative, and strategic Head of Production to shape the future of video storytelling and lead the creation of compelling content that brings our global brands to life. This role will lead our global video production function, transforming ideas into compelling visual stories that strengthen our brand and engage audiences worldwide. As a visionary leader, you will define production excellence across the organization, leading planning, resource allocation, budgets, and stakeholder management while fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and collaboration. Working across multiple markets, you will ensure every project is delivered to the highest creative and operational standards, helping bring the PeopleCert story to life on a global scale. As Head of Production Studio, your tasks will include the following: Lead and oversee all video production activities, from concept development through final delivery Lead the production and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring video content effectively supports brand, commercial, and business objectives across multiple channels Develop and implement video production strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives Manage production schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines Coordinate internal teams, external agencies, freelancers, and production partners Supervise videographers, editors, and other creative contributors Ensure consistent quality, brand alignment, and storytelling standards across all video content Oversee video shoots, events, and on-location productions Manage production logistics, including travel arrangements, permits, equipment, and vendor relationships Identify opportunities to improve production workflows, efficiency, and output quality Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in video production Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to translate campaign strategies into impactful video assets that drive engagement, awareness, and conversion Ensure their work and presence are aligned with company’s core values — quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity What we look for: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications, Multimedia, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional training or studies will also be considered 10+ years of professional experience in video production, content production, or multimedia production 5+ years of experience leading production teams, agencies, or creative projects Proven experience managing end-to-end video productions Proven experience leading production teams within an advertising agency, commercial production company, creative agency, or in-house brand studio Strong understanding of production planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management Excellent organizational, project management and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of video production workflows, filming techniques, post-production, and content distribution Experience working with external production vendors and creative agencies Experience managing multiple campaign productions simultaneously while maintaining exceptional creative and operational standards Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and leadership skills Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus) Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advanced level certification is desirable Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Availability
