With 140 people across engineering, product, and design spanning three product portfolios, three things need a durable owner or they degrade: the data layer, the product lifecycle process, and how new product people get up to speed. This role owns all three. This is an operations function, not a strategy function. Portfolio bets, sequencing, and positioning stay with the founders and PM leads. What you own are the systems that let EPD run at scale — reliably, repeatably, without a founder in the loop.
