ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Head of Product Marketing to lead the function responsible for helping customers understand, adopt, and get more value from Float’s growing multi-product platform across the full customer journey. You’ll report to the SVP GTM Strategy & Marketing and lead a team spanning product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer marketing, with a mandate that spans acquisition, launch support, product adoption and usage.
This is a high-impact role at the core of the business. It offers the opportunity to refine Float’s product narrative, strengthen adoption across the customer lifecycle, and enable Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to more effectively communicate and deliver the platform’s value.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Refine Float’s positioning and messaging so the multi-product platform story lands clearly across target audiences and ongoing launches.
- Build pre- and post-sale programs that improve product adoption and help customers realize more value across the customer journey.
- Partner with Product on launches, readiness, and activation so new products and features translate into customer understanding and usage.
