Description
Quant Greece is a Fitch-rated, independent domestic NPL servicer managing c.€10bn across all asset classes, offering coherent E2E debt management solutions to financial constituents and institutional investors in Greece. We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Performance to manage the optimization of portfolio performance through structured analysis, performance monitoring, and data-driven insights. The role focuses on ensuring accurate tracking of portfolio performance, identifying improvement opportunities, and enabling informed decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Chief Servicing Officer, the role is responsible for: Manage the analysis and monitoring of portfolio performance, identify key trends, risks and improvement opportunities; Support the development and implementation of performance frameworks, KPIs and reporting tools; Provide data-driven insights to support portfolio optimization and achievement of business plan targets; Monitor portfolio performance against targets and highlighting gaps, propose data-backed recommendations; Contribute to forecasting, scenario analysis and performance tracking processes; Collaborate with internal teams (portfolio management, strategy, finance, legal, operations) to ensure alignment on performance drivers; Support the preparation of management and investor reports with accurate and timely performance data; Ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across reporting processes; Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools, processes and analytics capabilities; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Requirements Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field; Solid experience in portfolio analytics, performance monitoring, or financial analysis (6-10 years, ideally within NPL servicing, financial services, or consulting); Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights; Experience in performance reporting, forecasting, and financial modeling; Strong understanding of key portfolio performance drivers (recoveries, cost, P&L dynamics); Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau or similar); Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
