About the Job
As the Head of People & Talent, you will lead the regional People & Talent function across Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Singapore.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the Group’s people strategy while ensuring consistent, effective, and compliant People & Talent practices across all markets. The role oversees People Business Partnering, People Operations, workforce planning, employee relations, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, HR cost management, HRIS, and regional people projects.
You will work closely with the Senior Management, Department Heads, Finance, Legal, and local People & Talent teams to translate business priorities into practical people strategies, strengthen organisational capability, manage workforce costs, and deliver a consistent employee experience across the Group.

The Head of People & Talent will be responsible for:
Strategic Planning and Business Partnering
Develop and execute the regional People & Talent strategy.
Partner with senior leaders on business planning, workforce planning, organisation design, and future capability needs.
Translate business priorities into practical people plans.
Advise and coach leaders on performance, team effectiveness, talent risks, and organisational changes.
People Operations
Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, payroll coordination, employee changes, benefits, and offboarding.
Ensure consistent and compliant People Operations practices across all markets.
Lead employee relations matters, investigations, grievances, and disciplinary cases.
HR Cost and Compensation
Manage headcount planning, workforce costs, HR budgets, salary reviews, promotions, and benefits.
Partner with Finance and business leaders on workforce forecasting and cost management.
Ensure compensation decisions are competitive, fair, and within approved budgets.
HRIS and People Data
Oversee HRIS governance, employee data, security access, workflows, and reporting.
Improve HR processes through automation and system enhancements.
Provide people analytics and workforce insights to support business decisions.
Talent and Performance
Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Oversee job architecture, job levels, career pathways, and role alignment.
Support regional recruitment priorities and workforce needs.
Team Leadership
Lead and develop the regional People & Talent team.
Set clear service standards, priorities, and ways of working across all markets.
Drive regional People & Talent projects and process improvements.
