Description
Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, the Head of People will be responsible for establishing a modern, scalable people function capable of supporting a growing and increasingly complex business.
The successful candidate will:
• Professionalise and modernise the people function
• Introduce scalable people processes, systems and policies
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team
• Support acquisition integration and organisational change programmes
• Partner with the CEO and leadership team on people strategy
• Develop and embed culture, values and employee engagement initiatives
• Enhance leadership capability across the organisation
• Build the foundations required to support continued growth and future acquisitions
• Ensure the organisation attracts, develops and retains high-performing talent

We are seeking an experienced people partner who combines strong operational HR expertise with the solid strategic ability to influence business performance.
You are likely to bring:
• Proven experience scaling and developing people functions
• Exposure to organisational change, acquisitions, integration programmes as well as employee relations
• Strong understanding of HR operations
• Experience building people processes, frameworks and capability from the ground up
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
• The confidence to challenge, influence and partner with senior leaders
• A pragmatic, hands-on approach balanced with strategic thinking
