Head of Partnerships – Middle East & India Location: Middle East or India Reports to: VP of Global Partnerships About the Role We’re looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to grow and manage airline and travel industry partnerships across the Middle East and India. You will collaborate with some of the region’s largest carriers to identify growth opportunities and drive them through to execution. This role suits a proactive, analytical thinker who thrives on complex challenges, builds trusted relationships, and delivers measurable commercial results. What You’ll Do • Raise the company’s profile across the Middle East and India, building a network of key regional stakeholders • Develop and own the regional growth strategy , providing insights and recommendations that support commercial goals • Manage the sales pipeline , focusing on closing high-value deals and driving sustainable growth • Nurture and optimise existing airline partnerships , positioning the company as a trusted advisor • Lead commercial initiatives with internal teams to strengthen partnership models • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure opportunities are prioritised • Monitor and analyse commercial performance to identify growth opportunities • Work with Product and Technology teams to support roadmap delivery • Drive best practices and knowledge sharing across the partnerships team • Support partnership efforts across other global regions as needed What You Bring • Experience selling to airlines and understanding their buying processes and stakeholder dynamics • Established network of airline or travel industry contacts in the Middle East and India, with deep regional knowledge • Proven ability to influence senior decision-makers and build long-term relationships • Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable commercial insights • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Results-oriented mindset, able to deliver independently and collaboratively • Comfortable managing time remotely and travelling internationally when required • University degree or relevant certifications preferred • Fluent in English, spoken and written
