Head of Partner and Industry Marketing Location: Edinburgh / Remote Reports to: VP of Global Partnerships About the Role We’re looking for an experienced B2B marketer to lead our partner and industry marketing efforts. You will shape how the company is positioned in the market by setting strategy, driving execution, and ensuring our story resonates with partners, industry stakeholders, and internal teams. This role suits a proactive, creative professional who takes ownership, spots opportunities, and delivers visible impact. What You’ll Do • Develop and deliver a partner and industry marketing strategy aligned with company goals • Lead global external marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C, collaborating with sales and other teams • Define and evolve the company’s external narrative , ensuring clarity and consistency • Build relationships with industry organisations and media to strengthen visibility and influence • Manage PR activity , securing media coverage that supports positioning and growth • Oversee the industry calendar of conferences and events , including external and company-hosted events • Manage the B2B website and content to support positioning and commercial objectives • Support go-to-market plans for new and existing products • Support internal communications to keep teams informed, connected, and engaged • Deliver marketing and communications projects that increase awareness, engagement, and industry impact What You Bring • 5+ years in B2B or industry marketing with a track record of shaping and executing strategy • Strong background in brand building, positioning, and thought leadership • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and drive results • Excellent communication skills for crafting messages across external and internal audiences • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels • Familiarity with the travel industry and existing media or industry relationships (preferred) • Curiosity, creativity , and a drive to continuously learn and experiment
