The De La Salle Centre is a retreat and formation space rooted in the Lasallian tradition of welcome, community, and service. It supports young people and adults through retreats, residential programmes, and community activities. We are now seeking an Operations Director to lead the day-to-day running of the Centre and ensure it remains a warm, safe, and professionally managed environment for all visitors and staff.

This includes facilities management, hospitality and accommodation services, bookings, compliance, HR administration, and staff leadership. Working closely with the Pastoral Centre Director and the wider team, the postholder ensures that the Centre’s Lasallian ethos is reflected in every part of the guest and staff experience.

•
Oversee all buildings, grounds, and facilities, ensuring strong maintenance, safety, and compliance.
•
Coordinate all guest bookings and ensure a consistently high standard of hospitality and service.
•
Prepare and manage budgets with the Finance Team, monitor costs, and oversee receivables and supplier relationships.
•
Ensure full compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, food safety, GDPR, and all regulatory requirements.
•
Promote the Centre’s facilities and maintain a strong bookings calendar.
