The Role We are seeking a Head of Music Partnerships – Concerts, Festivals, Theatre & Special Events to lead our music partnerships expansion. This is a senior, revenue-generating leadership role designed for an established sales professional who thrives on target ownership and measurable execution. In this role, you will identify, negotiate, and secure high-impact, strategic partnerships with like-minded consumer brands across our music promoter teams and events. This position offers significant autonomy to drive commercial growth, where your success is measured directly on what you sign and what it delivers. Requirements Outcomes to Deliver In this role, success looks like: Full-Funnel Ownership – take ultimate responsibility for delivery against annual targets. Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial prospecting, creation of sales materials and high-stakes negotiations to sales closing, contract finalisation and client service hand over. Integrated Solutions – sell a holistic ecosystem spanning ticketing access, digital media and campaigns, VIP hospitality, promotional support, on-ground exposure, and more. Media Monetisation – work with agencies and internal data teams to create high-value media opportunities, leveraging our first-party fan data for targeted advertising. Market Intelligence – stay ahead of industry trends to keep our partnership offerings competitive. Revenue Optimisation – develop creative commercial models that drive incremental revenue for both TEG and our partners through upsells and ancillary services. Capabilities to Bring You’ll thrive in this role if you bring: The Connected Expert – 8–12 years’ experience in music and entertainment business or sponsorship, with a proven track record of closing six-figure deals and meeting or exceeding targets. A Master Negotiator – you understand the nuances of music and entertainment rights, venue exclusivity, and the complex stakeholders involved in big decisions. Networked – you have established relationships within blue chip clients, media houses, and agency leads. Culturally Agile – you’re as comfortable in a stadium tunnel as you are in a boardroom presenting to senior clients. Qualifications & Experience 7+ year’s experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports/Entertainment Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). A deep understanding of the global music and entertainment landscape and ticketing ecosystem, Experience navigating complex legal and financial contract structures, Key Requirements: Willingness to travel to events, industry conferences, and client meetings.
