Description
Devoted Studios is a globally remote development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production for the global gaming industry. We collaborate across time zones to support projects on all major platforms, engines and styles - from AAA titles to emerging technologies. Our team includes world-class talents who bring deep expertise in external development, pipeline optimization, and creative problem-solving. Whether it’s porting games to new systems, enhancing gameplay features, or crafting stunning visuals, Devoted Studios operates as a trusted, flexible extension of our partners’ internal teams. We are proud to be the development partner of choice for industry leaders such as: Epic Xbox Meta Obsidian Entertainment Riot Gearbox Software Devoted Studios has one of the strongest brand presences in the GameDev industry. We are looking for a senior marketing leader — someone with deep industry experience, genuine creative taste, and the operational discipline to run a high-performing business function. Someone who becomes a true business partner to the founder: raising the bar on what we already do well, keeping everything tightly connected to what actually matters for the business, and building the automation infrastructure that lets us move faster without adding noise. We are looking for someone who lives and breathes automation. A systems operator. Someone who sees inefficiency and removes it. Who builds infrastructure instead of adding headcount. Who leverages AI, workflows, and data to create leverage at scale. This is a high-expectation role for a high-output leader. If you think in terms of systems, performance, and compounding advantage, you’ll thrive here. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Oversight & Production Alignment: We have a social media team. What we don't always have is tight connective tissue between what they publish and what's actually happening across the business. That's what this role fixes.   Ensure social content reflects real production capacity and upcoming milestones Own the connection between production updates and what goes public, nothing falls through the gap Coordinate directly with clients on material approvals and IP permissions Enforce a zero-tolerance standard on publishing anything not properly cleared Keep sales informed and ensure marketing is actively supporting capacity visibility AI & Automation: This is the core of how we expect marketing to evolve. Not a project. Not a pilot. A permanent shift in how the team operates. Design and deploy AI-powered workflows — n8n, Make, or equivalent Automate content repurposing across podcast, social, email, and blog Build dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility without manual reporting Automate production-to-marketing handoffs and client approval tracking Systematically identify and eliminate manual processes from the marketing function Team Leadership & Accountability: You will lead a team of experienced marketing professionals and take full ownership of how they deliver. The founder should never have to chase an update or wonder what the team is working on.   Set clear priorities, run tight delivery cadences, and hold the team to them Provide weekly reporting to the founder — short, clear, numbers-driven Manage contractors, agencies, and external vendors Oversee website, brand assets, decks, client materials, and merch Oversee community management in coordination with community leads Manage onboarding for new team members and contractors Devoted Speakeasy Podcast: Devoted Speakeasy is one of the industry's most respected voices in GameDev. It has a loyal audience and a strong identity. Your job is to protect that and keep it sharp, not to turn it into a marketing funnel.   Maintain editorial quality and brand consistency Oversee guest pipeline and production cadence Ensure podcast content gets properl
