Limassol, Cyprus (Relocation Available) I’m supporting a confidential search for a Head of Maritime Intelligence on behalf of a growing maritime technology and intelligence business that’s investing heavily in its next phase of growth. This isn’t a traditional Head of Intelligence role. It’s an opportunity to build an entirely new Maritime Intelligence Division from the ground up, working directly with the business owner to shape what will become one of the company’s core business pillars. The Role You’ll be responsible for: • Defining the strategy, operating model and intelligence methodologies. • Building and leading your own team of intelligence analysts and subject matter experts. • Producing strategic and operational maritime intelligence covering geopolitical developments, sanctions, vessel activity and emerging risks. • Working closely with technology teams to develop intelligence-led products, predictive analytics and AI-enabled capabilities. • Helping establish the business as a recognised leader in maritime intelligence.
