This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional with deep expertise in  real estate, infrastructure, or construction law , who can balance business growth with legal compliance, governance, and risk management. As the Head of Legal, you will oversee the organization's legal strategy, commercial transactions, land acquisition, litigation, compliance, and governance frameworks. You will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic business initiatives, provide commercially sound legal guidance, and build a proactive legal function that enables sustainable growth while protecting the organization's interests.
