The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.). Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting: ‎ Head of IT Infrastructure Management Your role: • Responsibility, above the outsourcer (Infrastructure Managed Service Provider) and with the help of your team,  for the operation and continuous development of a reliable, high-performance, and secure hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and workplace environments) supporting the company's IT application systems, based on clear and transparent IT service management processes (in particular incident and problem management, capacity management, change and configuration management, IT continuity management, backup and recovery, and patch management). • Management and further development of the hybrid infrastructure landscape, including on-premises systems, network architecture, cloud platforms, and modern workplace environments, as well as oversight of an external help desk (1st level) and of an internal application support Team (2nd level). • Responsibility for the operation of central infrastructure services in a hybrid model, including service levels (virtualized and cloud-based servers, storage/SAN, operating systems, databases, network components and services, and security services) • For this purpose, management and oversight of external service providers and managed service providers, including monitoring and KPI reporting • Management and governance of external service providers and managed service providers supporting both on-premises and cloud environments, including monitoring, SLA compliance, KPI tracking, and reporting • Continuous improvement of incidents, problems, and change management processes across the hybrid infrastructure ecosystem, aligned with security, resilience, and compliance requirements • Planning and management of the hybrid transformation roadmap, including migration from on-premises systems to cloud or SaaS platforms, as well as optimization of existing hybrid architectures • Development of infrastructure roadmaps, annual planning, and budgeting, aligned with the overall IT strategy and hybrid cloud adoption strategy • Evaluation, selection, and introduction of new technologies to improve resilience, scalability, efficiency, and security across hybrid environments • Technical and disciplinary leadership, as well as further development of a high-performing infrastructure team with hybrid cloud capabilities • Ensuring regulatory, security, and data protection compliance (including DORA, GDPR) across all hybrid infrastructure components • Supporting internal and external audits and implementing corrective measures, including requirements from frameworks such as ISO 27001 Profile: • 7–12 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure - ideally in the financial industry or at an IT service provider serving the financial industry with strong exposure to hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) • Solid, demonstrable experience managing hybrid IT infrastructures, including virtualization,
