Lay out concept or work and objectives of the MPLS and Internet Gateway team. Preparing strategic steps to deliver reliable network and accommodate company’s initiatives and target. Maintain and manage vendors to well support IP Core initiatives and maintenance. Interpret, socialize company objectives and target into breakdown projects and activities to be follow up by team. Ensure smooth communication and understanding between all team members. Continuous coaching team members direct or indirectly in order to gain and develop member’s talent and skills. Maintain team member interests, well-being and work life balance. Planning or preparing strategic decisions to reduce operational and maintenance cost Giving out ideas, new initiatives to find new ways to establish IP MPLS and Internet network. Requirements Post Graduate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 year of experience in IP core network, IP technical assistance. Related specific to fiber optic network deployment and implementation is a plus Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols. Familiarity with routing and switching technologies, including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS. Experience with configuring and managing networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, ZTE, or Huawei. Knowledge of ISP services provisioning and configuration. Proficiency in network troubleshooting and issue resolution. Relevant certifications such as CCNA, JNCIA, or equivalent are a plus.
