Head of Information & Cyber Security | Singapore | Full-Time Spinnaker is partnering with a leading organisation within the critical infrastructure sector to recruit a Head of Information & Cyber Security . This is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and delivering the organisation’s cybersecurity strategy across both IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. Reporting to executive leadership, you will oversee cyber governance, risk management, incident response, compliance and security operations while leading a high-performing cybersecurity team. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute enterprise cybersecurity strategy. • Lead cyber governance, risk and vulnerability management. • Oversee incident response, disaster recovery and business continuity. • Ensure compliance with recognised security frameworks including ISO 27001, IEC 62443 and NIST. • Build and develop the cybersecurity function while partnering with senior business stakeholders. About You You will have: • 15–20 years’ experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT. • Strong exposure to both IT and OT environments. • Experience leading cybersecurity programmes within large or critical infrastructure organisations. • CISSP and CISM certifications (CRISC/CISA advantageous). • Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
